Refunds Strictly Prohibited: 

• Once your order is confirmed and delivered, please be aware that our products are custom-made and, therefore, non-refundable.
• It's crucial to note that orders can only be modified or canceled within a strict 24-hour window from the time of purchase. 
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun or after the tracking number has been generated. 
• Customers may return a defective item within 7 days of receipt to receive an identical replacement at no additional cost. 
• Please send us a notification of a defective item to Sales@SheDoGraphics.com within seven days of delivery. 
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. 

Standard Items (Non-custom):

• Standard inventory items that do not require customization will ship with 48-72 hours after payment is confirmed. 
• Shipping times vary between 7-14 business days. 
• Our couriers include: USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Tracking information will be emailed to you within 48-72 hours after your order is confirmed. 

Custom Orders:

• Custom orders include items specifically tailored to meet a color, design, or bulk order request. 
• Processing and shipping times for custom orders will vary depending on the level of complexity and number of items requested.
• We will communicate your estimated processing, shipping, and delivery time after we receive your deposit or full payment.
